We work together to build a weekly meal plan that works for your life. This includes grocery lists, recipes, and meal planning. This includes two one-hour one-on-one sessions as well as weekly check-ins and unlimited email for questions.
Meal Prep, Meal Plan and Personal Training
$750 per month
Same as above but includes two weekly 45 minute sessions.
Nutritional Coaching
$750 per month
Are you tired of all the "diets" that don't work and leave you frustrated? That is because there is no perfect diet and that includes calorie counting. Together we look at your relationship with food, lifestyle, and what and where you would like to see change. This includes weekly sessions to look at food journals and setting weekly goals.
